My story (short version)

I've been on my holistic journey for 19 yrs. I am now a holistic health practitioner. In my early years with 4 young children, it was a huge lifestyle change and very difficult for the first year. But I felt deep within me like an “aha moment” that this was the answer to give my family a fighting chance in this toxic world.

In 2019, I discovered the Root Cause Protocol, a mineral-balance framework that deeply resonated with me. In 2023, I attended the Root Cause Protocol Institute to learn in depth about metabolic dysfunction at a cellular level. Now I see the deeper connection to the body—and the mind, body, spiritual connection.
